How to see which Signals Have Been Successfully Sent To Meta

How to see the data signals that have been sent to Meta and which of them have succeeded and which have failed and how to drill down into traffic channels eg (Youtube, Instagram, Google etc).

Details

  1. Click on activity log

  2. Select Your Date Range

  3. Scroll down to recent signals

  4. Viewing Data Sent Successfully

    • Look for "success" status

    • Your data will be show in card form by default

  5. Viewing Data in List View

    • Option to switch to list view instead of card view

  6. Identifying Failed Signals In List View

    1. Select Columns

    • Control F (for PC) or Command F (for mac) then type error and hit the return key

    • Check the "Meta Copy Error Reason" radio button

    • The click apply

  7. Checking for Failures

    • If there are failures, they will be displayed in the Meta Capi Error Reason column

    • Click on the event hyper link to see more details

  8. Drilling Down into Specific Channels

    • Select a different channel like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc

    • View data specific to that channel

  9. Exploring Individual Traffic Sources

    • Return to view all sources

  10. Drill Down into Individual Traffic Sources

    • To analyze individual traffic sources, follow the same steps.
