Learn how to integrate Sygnal with ClickFunnels 1.0

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to integrate Sygnal tracking with ClickFunnels 1.0. Follow the instructions below to install the tracking script and webhook for effective event tracking

Installing ClickFunnels Tracking Script

Step 1: Copy the Sygnal 1st Party Script

  1. Locate the Sygnal 1st Party Tracking Script by following this guide.

  2. Copy the tracking code to your clipboard.

Step 2: Access ClickFunnels Settings

1. Navigate to ClickFunnels Settings by following the instructions in the How to Access ClickFunnels Settings section below.

Step 3: Paste the Tracking Code

1. On the Settings page, find the Head Tracking Field input.

2. Paste the Sygnal tracking code into the field.

3. Scroll down and click Save And Update Settings.

Installing ClickFunnels Webhook

Step 1: Generate the Webhook URL in Sygnal

  • Open the Sygnal Dashboard and navigate to the Sales Channels page from the right sidebar.

  • Add a new sales channel by selecting the ClickFunnels 1.0 image.

  • A modal will appear with the Webhook URL. Copy the Webhook URL to your clipboard.

Step 2: Add Webhook to ClickFunnels

  • On the Webhook Management page, click the New Webhook button in the top-right corner.

  • Fill out the webhook form:

    • Paste the Webhook URL copied from Sygnal.

    • In the Event field, select:

      • purchase_created

      • contact_created

    • Leave other attributes at their default values.

  • Click Create Funnel Webhook.

How to Access ClickFunnels Settings

2. In the top menu, under ClickFunnels, open the Funnels menu.

3. Select the funnel you are editing.

4. In the top-right corner, click the Settings menu.

Final Steps

  • Ensure your settings are saved in ClickFunnels.

  • Test the integration by performing actions in your funnel (e.g., purchases or contact form submissions) and verifying that they are tracked in Sygnal.
