Configuring Sygnal Tracking with Checkout Champ
This guide provides step-by-step instructions to integrate Sygnal tracking into your Checkout Champ funnel configuration. With these steps, you’ll enable accurate event tracking without needing to manually copy tracking codes.
Configuring Tracking in Checkout Champ
Step 1: Access Checkout Champ Admin
1. Log in to Checkout Champ Admin.
2. In the page header, click the Funnels link on the right.
Step 2: Edit Your Funnel
1. From the list or grid of funnels, locate the funnel you wish to configure.
2. Click the Pencil Icon next to the funnel to open the editor.
Step 3: Configure Tracking Pixels
1. In the funnel editor, click the Settings button on the top left to expand the menu.
2. Scroll down and select Tracking Pixels.
3. In the dialog window that opens, find Sygnal in the sidebar and click it.
Step 4: Enter Sygnal Tracking Details
Fill out the fields in the Sygnal section as follows:
1. Sygnal Pixel ID: Enter your Brand ID.
2. Sygnal Tracking Gateway: Enter the URL to your tracking gateway.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Fire Event at the End of Order.
4. Check Send External Identifier if using Checkout Champ with Shopify.
5. Check Enable Advanced Matching to pass additional data.
6. Click Save & Continue.

Locating Sygnal Pixel ID and Tracking Gateway
To find the required field values for integrating with Checkout Champ:
1. Navigate to the Sales Channels page in the Sygnal Dashboard.
2. Click the Add Channel button to open the grid view of available sales channels.
3. In the grid, click the Checkout Champ option.
4. A modal window will appear with the following values populated:
• Sygnal Pixel ID: Your unique Brand ID.
• Sygnal Tracking Gateway: The URL to your tracking gateway.
5. Copy these values to use in the Checkout Champ configuration.
Using Checkout Champ with Shopify
If you’re using Checkout Champ alongside Shopify, follow these additional steps to avoid duplicate tracking and ensure accurate reporting.
Step 1: Configure Shopify Sales Channel
1. Ensure your Shopify Sales Channel is fully configured. Refer to the Shopify Setup Guide.
Step 2: Adjust Settings for Shopify
1. In the Sygnal Dashboard, navigate to the Sales Channels page.
2. Locate your Shopify channel in the list.
3. Click the three-dot menu next to Shopify and select Change Settings.
4. Check the option Shopify store is using Checkout Champ.
5. Click Save.

Test your Checkout Champ funnel to confirm events are tracked correctly in Sygnal.
