Using Filters in the Activity Log

The Activity Log in Sygnal.io allows users to efficiently track and analyze events. The log provides two views: Grid View and Table View. Both views offer a Manage Filters button to customize the displayed data.

Steps to Apply Filters

  1. Click the "Manage Filters" Button

    • on Grid View

    • on List View

  2. Open the Modal and Add a Filter

    • Click Add Filter.

  3. Select Filter Criteria

    • Choose a filter from the list.

  4. Set the Formula

    • Select a formula (default is is).

  5. Enter Filter Value

    • Input the desired value in the search field.

  6. Apply the Filter

    • Click Apply.

    The view (Grid or List) will refresh with the filtered data.

Combining and Clearing Filters

  • Combining Filters

    • Add multiple filters by repeating the steps above.

    • All applied filters will refine the data set displayed.

  • Clearing All Filters

    • Click Clear All to remove all filters at once.

  • Removing a Specific Filter

    • To remove a specific filter, click the delete icon next to the filter in the modal.

    • Click Apply to refresh the view with the updated filters.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and customize your Activity Log data to suit your specific needs.
